Please read these Terms carefully before using VoiceChanger.in websites, online audio demos, or mobile software applications.

VoiceChanger.in का उपयोग केवल नैतिक मनोरंजन, गेमिंग और कंटेंट क्रिएशन के लिए अनुमत है।

Strictly Prohibited Activities Under Indian Law (कानूनी रूप से प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियां)

You expressly agree NOT to use VoiceChanger.in for any of the following unlawful purposes:

  • Impersonating police personnel, judicial authorities, armed forces, or government functionaries. (पुलिस या सरकारी अधिकारी बनकर कॉल करना सख्त मना है).
  • Conducting financial fraud, phishing, bank caller identity spoofing, or lottery scams. (बैंक या वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी का प्रयास).
  • Stalking, harassing, defaming, or extorting any individual or business entity. (किसी को परेशान, ब्लैकमेल या धमकाना).
  • Simulating voice clones of real individuals without their express prior written consent. (बिना लिखित अनुमति के किसी की आवाज की नकल करना).

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement (आयु और पात्रता)

You must be at least 13 years of age to access VoiceChanger.in. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our platform in compliance with Indian contract law. (18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए अभिभावक की सहमति आवश्यक है).

2. Intellectual Property & License (बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार)

VoiceChanger.in grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our web tools and software for personal entertainment, gaming, artistic voice acting, and educational purposes. You retain all rights to original audio content that you create or record using our platform. (आपके द्वारा रिकॉर्ड किए गए ओरिजिनल ऑडियो पर आपका ही अधिकार रहेगा).

3. Fair Use & Audio Processing (उचित उपयोग नीति)

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our client-side audio DSP worklets or Android binaries without express authorization.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds (सब्सक्रिप्शन और 7-दिन रिफंड)

Pro subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹). We offer an unconditional 7-day refund guarantee for new Pro subscribers upon request to our support team. (नए उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए 7 दिन की बिना शर्त रिफंड गारंटी).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (वारंटी अस्वीकरण)

VoiceChanger.in is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for sub-50ms latency and high audio fidelity, actual performance may vary based on your phone hardware, operating system version, and connected headset accessories.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकार)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India. (विवादों का क्षेत्राधिकार नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश न्यायालय रहेगा).
